My forearms are still pumped from earlier..yay

As Arnie once said, that pumped feeling is like cumming. Its awesome. Am having trouble typing my forearms (forearms was one thing I trained tonight) are so pumped and tight...like they gonna explode on me.....feels so good hehe :lift::lift::lift:

I've always trained, although on different levels, sometimes natural sometimes not for last 12 years..just habit I suppose and wanting to stay in shape.

nah....and its the feeling after a workout and the look I suppose as well.

Plus tbh (oh dear) it makes me feel more of a predator than prey....which I sort of like heh heh...I suppose the feeling of power...which I'm guessing means I must feel inadequate in some way :lift::lift:

i see

just seems strange you would batter your CNS with a hard workout to isolate forearms

was wondering if it was for grip/strength training or something

I dont train to failure on any muscle so shouldnt be an issue (AFAIK). But weirdly even if i do a couple of sets of forearm curls they stay pumped for hours after - even when I got up this morning they are still rock hard

Anyway, this afternoons plan is 2 x 20kg weights in my rucksack and then go for a nice long walk.:lift::lift:

wow, pumped forearms....so what about other bodyparts? my forearms get enough indirect work from everything else without having to target them directly.
I also think you should do at least some form of workset to near failure or you will never really increase your poundages. If your not going to near failure on exercises then it sounds like your in a comfort zone tbh mate.

Thats a bit of an assumption on your part mate. I havent posted my training schedule or mentioned what other body parts I trained last night or any other night and yet I seem to be making a list of mistakes, one of which is being ignorant.....:confused:

Theres a fair bit of stuff I do outside gym, have weights at home to blast arms now and again too and also in way of cardio...like I said I went out the other day and trekked up/down hill with a rucksack with 40kgs on my
back and probably over did it a bit tbh...calves and fronts of my shins are still ****ing killing hehe
