:love:God damn my farts stink in the evening anyone else experience this before ,weight training and this diet my farts were brief, quite and occasionaly now htey are loud,long and stink I can't hold them in I haven't had an embarrassing experience yet but I know I'm just gonna let rip one day in front of girls or something!

Or on the train on the way to college which is a half an hr strech, Does anyone else have this problem it must be all that god damn whey protein I am taking

Its making me chuckle just typing this I am laughing myself proudly over the one my parents heard downstairs 5 mins ago! But..erm I don't know if you guys have got any funny stories or anything or even know anyfood sources to slow the farts down!

lmfao as i`m sitting ere reading this i`m farting all the time m8 and they really stink but one good thing about it is it keeps all the kids away from bugging me. I drive a bus and have to pick the right time to let them slip, keep thinking if i nip my cheeks together and just let little squeaks out they wont smell as bad sometimes i have to double check cos they warm and wet.

Its down to the protein.

If you stick with the same protein it should calm down/stop but when you change proteins you`ll probably find it will start again.

Same here, i blast farts all day long.. Late afternoons worst time, always when on way home and I dont wanna let rip incase I gas the tube LOL I thought it may be all the oats I eating.... Definatly diet related though never was like this when had my old diet....

Since I really cleaned up my diet I havn't been guffing anywhere near as regularly or with such conviction as before.

Eggs make me blow off like crazy, and seem to make me more regular than normal.

mate i am cracking up "blow of"! having said that i used to have these protein bars and mate they made me stink.

Bloody hell. I cant stop as of late. I have recently changed from ON 100% whey to MP Max from Myprotein. Mine are smelling like chicken

i don't fart anywhere near as much these days.. or with the same power as i used to.. i used to be able to clear a warehouse.. now i struggle to gas mice...
