Deep Tissue Massage- WOW! - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I've just had a deep tissue massage on my back, best money i have ever spent. was absolutely awesome. I had a really heavy back session yesterday, and ache like something else today, and this massage has sorted me out a treat.

It was enjoyably painful and very hard, (no jokes please! lol) and really loosened me up (god, this sounds dodgy) and i highly recommend it to everyone. I will defenately be getting it done much more regularly.

It helps recouperation too and is a really good idea if you are constantly hammering your body with heavy weights as it re-aligns muscle fibres etc.

If you get a chance to have some, i highly recommend you try it.. worth every penny...

yep I had one a couple of years back and it sorted out my back a treat... pinched me trap and could barely move my head but after no probs...

where can u get a deep tissue massage done. how much are they? (for the proper registered place and not the dodgy massage parlours)

They are awesome and I get them all the time.
Some time you have these thing called trigger spots. This is where we store energy and the muscles kindof knot up.
If done correctly you can get the trigger spot to relax and then the next day the area will be sore like you lifted weights.
Great for stress relief, anxiety, relaxation, circulation, injuries. You are supposted to drink lots of water after a full body massage to get rid of the toxins.

Wrong kindof massage buddy

Those kindof massages are not as good;)
But they will work in a pinch

I have had about 5 deep tissue messages. The first one I got I was so relaxed. You could have told me any bad news and I would have laughed it off. Never got that feeling again. :( They do feel good though in a painful kind of way.
