| becoming a beast | omg i really cant seem to get my diet right, i make 1 stick to it for a week, put on body fat, feel guilty and then eat very low cals while tryin to get those proteins in there. i weight around - 80kg im 15 i do 1 hour of cardio a day, 1 hour weight session a day and sometimes 1 hour of swimmin too ![]() im not very rich, but i do have protein shakes and buying some whey powder tomoz hopefully, so if your going to give me some tips you can add them 2 in ![]() most days i eat: 9-10 ----bowl of weetabix/alpen semi skimmed milk 10-11 ---gym-weight session 11-12 ---swimming 12 -- ---can of tuna banana protein shake 3 -------can of sardines, few nuts few raisons 5-6------ steak (different everyday but almost everyday have some leanmeat) beans,eggs, or something else 8-------peice of fruit,can of tuna 9-10---gym-cardio 10.30--protein shake any help, advice? any changes in my diet u recomend? anything will help, im gettin stronger i know dat but this last week my diet has added alot of body fati lost 4hg of body fat in a week then put on 3 kgs the next week :( |
