Chemical warfare - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Well we bodybuilders might not have offered the world a great deal but I have just designed the perfect "Dirty bomb".

Take 1 bodybuilder, mix with a regular training session and after session, season with a protien shake (Important that it is made in a shaker). After said protien is consumed place the empty shaker in the back of the car where it will not be found for around a week or so (Just under the driver seat is a good position).

Then after said period of time take out the shaker and when you want to release the deadly, toxic fumes simply open the shaker lid. Instant death for anyone within a 20 meter radius.

Anyone had the "Pleasure" of doing this??????

Must be one of the worse smells known to man.

I have a shaker in the house that is in that sort of state. To scared to open it its been so long so am just going to throw it out.

I got so many shakers and im so bloody lazy i do this all the time lol.

It is sooo evil.

Its a bugger to get the smell out the shaker too, it impregnants into the plastic.

Yep, once thats happened theres no way your going to be able to drink from it again. Makes me want to throw up straight away.

All the time! LMAO! I always think 'where the fcuk is my other shaker!?' & I always either leave it in my car or it's in my gym bag side pocket festering away.

Sometimes I say to my girlfriend, ''do you mind washing my shaker whilst I make our food?'' :biggrin:

Then I run a mile!!! Protein shake with oats in is the worst smell when left for days....

my dishwaser (mrs) refuses to wash them for some reason! so ive had a few fungie shakers ive had to throw!

whats worse?

.. we had a small bar fridge in the back room (the "PT" office).. one of the lads had a mass gainer in there and he went away on holidays.. no one used the fridge for 2 weeks while he was gone (dunno why.. but just didnt)... the pt walks in from holidays, opens the fridge & the shaker falls on the floor.. lid pops open and the mass goes all through the carpet..

mmmmm now that my friend was an office that we never used again.

me gf found used shaker in a bag id stopped using must of been months she opened ( big mistake shudda just put it in the bin) it and then proceded to wretch her way to the bog needless to say i got the ass raping from hell she will no longer wash any of me shakers

i always make my shakes with water. Can you imaging the smell when they are made with milk..........aaaarrrgh

My mate trapped a fart in a pint glass once. After about 5 hours we went back to smell it and nearly got knocked out by the smell!

Christ after just a few hours it stinks!

Only way the smell comes out is if you scrub it with a scouring pad for about half an hour.

Even worse if you mix the protein with milk, deadly!
