Deffo older end stuff, Escape from Alcatraz, Goodfellas, I actually think the first RoboCop film was good

Re: films - whats ur fav

Yeah the first Robocop was great. Brilliant satire on 80's style classical liberalism of the super corporations taken to its logical dysotapian hell. (And the guy who melts)

I also like Rainman with the brilliant Dustin Hoffman and the very understated performance of Tom Cruise who can actually act. Ignore his circus and he has been in some quality films.

Love historical epics too, probably my favouriote the directors cut of Kingdom of Heaven. Even if Orlando Bloom is as wooden as a table it is a great story on the politics of the medieval crusader kingdoms in the Holy Land and how religon once dictated the lives of men.

Probably my favourite is the Good the Bad and the Ugly. Great action and dialogue, full of one liners. And the soundtrack is blissfull. Proper good action film and not one woman in it. (Nothing against that just it is a proper adventure yarn without any cheese fest love stories).

Good shout to lock stock too.
