Is it just me
Well just finished my last glass of red wine with wife, all l drink is water no tea or coffie looking to drink clean any help out there. 5ltrs of water is a bit boring a day, butl do it day in & out:(.

hmmm I generally use 300ml of water with my protein shake !! Choc-mint shake .. water .... choc-mint shake .... water ... I know what I would choose But then if your serious about training then some things you must put up with

I drink other drinks sometimes to. Aslong as your taking it into account with your ratio's, theres no problem. The only thing is...i choose normal coke over diet as i think it has aspartame and asculame K (sp) in it. Fake sweetners which have links to being pretty toxic!

How is it sh1t? So it has a small amount of added sugar? If your serious, maybe you do need to get a life!

If your going to be knit-picking then i could say drink plain bottled water as tap water has too much oestrogen in it due to the pill.

Why not add a splash of lime cordial, does the trick for me. I have also been drinking fruit teas, you need to find the flavour for you and they do have suger in some but its natural and will add a little variety
