Re: advice plz

Hi mate, welcome to the forum.

Got some bad news for you , you cant turn fat into muscle mate.

You need to loose the fat with diet and cardio and build some muscle with a good training program.

Have a look around the forum mate, especially the diet and training sections. Knowledge is power mate ;)

Re: advice plz

Welcome mate, as bulldozer said you cant turn fat into muscle, they are two completely different tissue types.

What height are you at? Do you have any recent pics to show how 'fat' you are?

Im thinking for your age your weight should be 9/10 stone on average !
Im sure if you have the determination to lose 3 or more stones im certain you will gain good muscle mass once you have toned and have a good base to start with !!! As mentioned turning fat into muscle simply isnt going to happen no matter how hard you tried ! get a good base .. understand more on good nutrition ... and work hard ! Know-one said it was going to be easy

Re: advice plz

Welcome.

Have a look around the forums there is an abundance of info and anything you need to know that you cant find just ask!

You are going to need to drop some weight, do you have access to a gym or some weights as you are going to need to get yourself a routine together. This will invlove cardio to get your body burning some fat, and some weights to get your muscles working. Also you will need to get you diet in order or at the very leat improve it. Have a look a the diet and nutrition forum, it will give you the basics of what you need and from this you can get together a good plan. Once you have a rough diet plan, post it up and let us help you with the finishing touches. Or if you like post up what you eat now and we can help.

Re: advice plz

At your age, with your hormone levels kicking around, on a solid training routine and a reasonable diet, you could expect to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously.

Post up your current diet.
