My wife's has had a few, from what she told me and what I've seen - Take something warm to ware, the luck warm water they use in you really drops your core temp. It takes her quite a long time to warm up afterwards.

funny how everyone seems to want one but because it involves something being inserted up the anus its a no-no, lol, im the same but in all honesty I reckon the benefitsa outweigh the negatives, especially for bodybuilders with back up intestines etc, its justwhat we do need, however, it would take some guts for me to do it lol

My missus has em done, makes her feel loads better.
My mate had one done the other month, so he bought me a voucher to have one done for my bday (cheers!!), got a couple of months yet before it expires..
Want to get it done but ive had food poisoning and things recently so think im pretty clear if you know what i mean lol.

JW having the runs isn't nea rthe same mate... The colonic stage 3 uses a light pressure to expand pockets of the intestines which are closed from years of usege, this is one of the major benefits. Aftershock - the same thign applies to home kits - never as good as a propper one becase of the pressure/flushing effect which can't be gotten from a home kit.

The good thing with colonics is it gets all the sh1te (literally...lol) off the intestinal walls that hangs around, even with regular movements.

A guy on my site is really good with this stuff and explains it well, apparently a normal person can have between 10-14 meals backed up down there at any given time, someone healthy might have like 4-5.

Threelac is a good product to take and also have colonics aswell, many ppl who do this before a cycle ( a cleanse if you will) get more out of their gear because all the crap and sh1t is removed.
