I'm just not too sure that you have gear that gets undigested and winds up in your crap. That's all I was trying to say. Not anything about threelac. Didn't even know what it was until now.

I think by cleansing the body before a cycle its allowing all the **** to be fushed out, then everything gets a better chance of being digested and utilized better, food wise that is, well I think thats the thinking behind it.

I feel for me it was worth it, I have a family history of bowel cancer and lately have been feeling bloated and occasionally painful down there... Now it feels great, and I know it's working well. I will get another one done in about 1 month (as the idea is to complete a course of therapy - some pople need up to 10 to get a complete release - I was told one more as I am healthy anyway). Then I will probably get them done every couple of years or when I start to feel like that again.
