the procedure was itself uncomfortable, not painful. The worst bit is putting the tube in your a55, mine didn't want to go in!

But afterwards - oh boy - toilet fun, I thought I would never stop... But my whole core now feels really "well" if that makes sense, superb sense of wellbeing - almost like after a shag or after seeing a fat person fall over.

how long did it take mate, im sure you feel internally cleansed now? let us know if you feel more enegetic etc, I think if you report some positive stuff back then its time to find one out and get one done

It took about and hour and a half. Mainly because i was a first timer she spend a fair amount of time talking it through with me in detail first. I do feel very internally cleansed - strange feeling.

It's fine once in a while, but it's not healty to get it done frequently.

Some of these colonics can damage your intestines on top of your pride.

Are you saying that colonics themselves get gear out or the threelac does? I don't see how flushing your GI tract of pooh is going to get old gear out of your system. If gear wound up undigested in my crap I would dust it off and try at least once more. Would put a whole new meaning to a pellet conversion.

A few of my WORK COLLEAGUES were talking about having it done.
Both male and female, infact it's becoming quite a popular request at these health places, bit of a trend happening.

The big question Megatron, would you go for a second??? :o ;)
