Dorian Yates - labelling c*ck up
Distributors have been contacted regarding a c*ck up with the labelling on the Dorian Yates Ultimate Formula range of products.

It would appear that they have used the BSCG logo (US based Banned Substances Control Group) on the Ultimate Formula products without authorisation.

They new about this problem some time ago but delayed contatcing the distributors in order to ''apparently'' conduct a full investigation and to find a method of solving the problem.

Their solution: -

Withdraw stock off of the shelves until they have one of their company's personnel go to every premesis and stick labels of the un authorised BSCG Logo!

So for all those who like this product, Lucky you, because any distributor with an inch of sence will price dump it.

Can anyone explain to me why Dorian would put this sticker on his product, if he knew full well it had been nowhere near testing? What is in the product if you cant trust the label, Slimfast powder, McDonalds?, not good protein I guess.

Lol they say there technical department made erroneous assumptions over the use of the BSCG logo, and metioned something about a key member of staff leaving ......

The erroneous assumptions were obviously that they wouldn't get caught and the key member of staff is probably the team lawyer bailing out early!!

Lol, yeah I saw that crap in Tesco too, about £30 for basicly a tub of Malto, with a bit of creatine and glutamine in it, but fair play to them, they have been ripping people for years, and are still going strong.

Who ever owns that company now, must be a very wealthy person.

lol. Serves them right for selling it to distributors with a pricing structure in place and then dumping it cheeper themselves on the internet, fooking up the distributors.
