Angry Grrrrr wimmin!
I've just received an e-mail from my ex's mother saying that she (the ex) cannot attend our divorce hearing on Friday as she has been unwell & in hospital for a 'long' time, which is a load of sh!te.

I just need to get the finances agreed & I'm divorced, but now it seems that the fcuking cnut is going to try & play the mental health card to drag it out further, increase my costs & screw maintenance out of me.

Whoring druggie slutbag.

Out of order on her half - Unfortunatly I hear it alot from male friends, how their ex's have fooked em over, dragging them through the courts, not letting them have regular access to the kids, etc etc etc and still the English justice system favours the female sex..not on who is right and who is wrong (just my opinion before loads of you give me grief)

LOL - I was just thinking about the car (as we were discussing this in another thread just yesterday)!

Best way is to keep the car in a lockup and deny all knowledge of it!

Seriously though, divorce is a heart wrenching experience for anyone to go through (not that I've been there) - hope you get it sorted with minimal hastles, and play it cool!

well i have it the other way around and the english justice system is working totally against me, so it don't think its a male /felame thing, just an unfair, don't like the look of you thing! Its just a shame that the children always suffer for adults playing games!!!

Yep, a little girl. Unfortunately she did see her mum go wild a few times, but she lives with me so is safe now.

The annoying thing about the custody 'battle' was that after over a year of legal shenanigans & alot of costs (she got legal aid, surprise, surprise), she capitulated in negotiations before the final hearing even went before the judge.

I have no assets, aside from the equity in my house, & a whole lotta debt ;), so the car won't be going anywhere.
