The annoying thing about the custody 'battle' was that after over a year of legal shenanigans & alot of costs (she got legal aid, surprise, surprise), she capitulated in negotiations before the final hearing even went before the judge.

if she is as fcuked up as you say...make sure you get custody of your girl and you take care of her with everything you have, to make sure she dont end up like her mother....good luck mate i hope i never have to go through that and i hope your daughter has a happy and pleasant life.
