Question Xbox 360
Hi All,

Im thinking of getting an Xbox 360. They sell a core and premium version. Whats the difference between the two?

Core is real basic, get the wired controllers, no memory unit etc..

Premium is everything. Im thinking of selling my premium tbh so PM if your interested.

theres nothing wrong with the wired unit. So with the core version you cant save any games then?

The 'unit' is wired on the premium - its the controllers, they are wireless which is handy.

And no, unless you buy a hard-drive thingy ma jig i dont think you can save.

You'd be better off ringing Game or something as tbh im not too clue'd up!

the diffference between the 2, is that the core version is basic, it has no hard drive (which stores all your saves/movies/data) and comes with a wired controller

The Premium comes with a 20gb hard disk, wireless controller and head set and a nice little silver plate on the cd drive, hope thats helps

Yes it does come with an ethernet cable for connecting to the internet. The cable isn't that long (2 - 5 metres I think) but you can buy a longer cable for £2-3 up to like 15 metres so thats no problem...

Its a good deal. Price it all up seperately and see the difference.

With the core you can save games with a memory card which costs about £15 I think.

You only need the harddrive if you plan on going on LIVE which you should do as thats what puts the 360 way above the PS3. With Live you can download Classic games like double dragon or sensible soccor, also new game demo's and soon they are going to have movie rentals on their too.

If you have a Media centre enabled PC then you can do so much its insane.

I spent hours playing double dragon and streetfighter 2 on my 360 the other day. and worms too
