Some questions to ask?

How far can the human phsyique go naturally? Has anybody got a picture of somebody 100% natural with a high concentration of muscle. Personally I don't see the point in using steroids for enhancing the apperence. If you want a good body why not work for is genuinely?

I am a fan of mixed martial arts and have noticed some good non steroid looking bodies, like Andrie Arlovski. He does not have the steroid look although I could be wrong.

I work night shifts and I was wondering is the sleep in the day the same quality as sleep in the night? I dont think so. I can sleep less hours at night and feel more fresh then if I slept more hours in the day. The night is the blanket of sleep, the body is ment to sleep at night. What do you guys think? Any tips for night work sleep?

I am planing to stick to a strict diet and training regime to see what changes can be made within a month. My main goal is to gain strenghth and improve my fitness. I would also like to lose fat around my abdomen. I want to gain more energy. For this I need to increse my metabolisim right?Any suggestions. I'm still tweaking my routine.

Genetics everyone is different, you can eat and train as hard as the next man but it doesn't mean you will all grow to the same size.

Re: Some questions to ask?

I've met some pretty incredible naturals. Guys that you would swear have tried gear. I've also worked with proffessional rugby players- on or two of which have physiques that make you go hmmmmmm.

I am pretty sure I am a mix of a mesamorph and endomorph. Edging more towards the way of mesamorph. At one time I weighd over 18 stones. Then I worked out and my average bopdy weight was 17stones 5lbs. Now I'm weighing in just above 16 stones. This job has taken its toll on me. It's messed my sleep, diet and training.

Just because someone uses steroids does not mean they have not worked for it genuinly.....the muscle is not gifted just because you are using steroids you still have to work hard for what you achieve....

So many people have this view. I had a similar opinion before I got 'educated'. It seems that the general public's thoughts on steriods are that you simply need to start taking them to grow like Arnie. If only.

I would say that most of teh top MMA guys are using something. Personally I know that the cocktail of choice is EPO and Miberolone amongst some of the bigger guys.

You are showing your inexperience and naevity in the world by your first paragraph. Everyone at the top level of any sport where strength, endurance or physical limits are pushed will be using something.

Its not just bodybuilders that use gear you know, although we know how to use it to create a supernatural physique. Most bbing techniques are now used in some sport or another to create better results.

Obviously you havent really done a hard workout in your life or you'd know that it takes hard work and dedication to get results.

Some people do take the lazy option and use gear before they have developed a good training plan and diet program but the gear doesnt fix that. They will still look crap at the end of the course.

I completely agree with your second paragraph tinytom, no anerobic world record has been achieved in the absence of AAS or some form of performance enhancing drug.

Took the words out of my mouth. When on a course gym seems to take so much more out of my life. It's not an easy route as some believe. If only it was the magically thing ignorant ones believes it is.

Im a member of a well known bodybuilding forum, and have been for years. I remember when he first posted his pictures, and progress pictures. The transformation and such.
