Re: Some questions to ask?

if someone does not want to use steroids then that is there choice but please do not kid your self into thinking you will look like someone out of a magazine or that you are any better than someone who does use steroids.

As JW has pointed out just because you read something in a magazine about a BB not using steroids does not mean it is true, i believe Arnie once proclaimed he did not use steroids yet later he admitted it....

Those who build alot of muscle at a lowish bodyfat % naturally are genetic freaks and you will not attain the same physique no matter how you try unless you yourself are a genetic freak and you would know that by now....

Re: Some questions to ask?

michael lockett is a different level to layne norton physique. i dont know 100% layne norton is natural it would suprise me if he wasnt though as he isnt the biggest or defined of guys. i know plenty of people bigger than layne who are natural. but ive never known anyone on michael locketts size and definition who is natural... that is not a good comparison at all i know but i find it hard to believe that michael lockett is 100%

Re: Some questions to ask?

Layne Norton is not small.
235lbs at 5'10 with abs showing. For a "natural" that is pretty good.

Re: Some questions to ask?

Yeah I see your point.
He competed at 220lbs 1 year, and next year he competed at 244lbs.
24lbs in 1 year and natural
