flavoured water or normal
water is flavoured water as good for you as normal water or should i be sticking to normal water i find it easer to drink flavoured more than normal

Its not going to hurt - but it will have added sugar so dont drink to much or your teeth with fall out!

I add a little squash to my water (Robinsons Special R, which has no added sugar) and only a little bit, I find it quenches my thirst a little.

I do drink plenty of plain water too...

Regular water for me too.

Im drinking 8 litres a day easy at the moment, if i was to add squash to that, thats a lot of sugar!

I love normal water tho, always fussy about which one tho.

For me its got to be vital or highland springs, dunno why but others i just cant drink as well. Mineral counts maybe?

If you drank tap water in our area you would end up with funky green hair!

We live out in the country, lots of clorine in the water.

Some mornings, if you fill up a pint glass with water it looks just like milk cause there is so much clorine in it.

We always have to run the taps for a while in the morning before filling the kettle etc.

That can't be due completely to chlorine surely! Must be hardwater in your area makiing it look cloudy?

8 litres a day! damn, your mouth must be literally attached to a bottle!

I struggle to have 3 litres a day, let alone 8. Some people can drink loads, others can't.

I have 1 litre before work (after am caridio), 3 x 2l bottles at work, then another litre post workout.

If you count the 500ml in 3 or 4 protein shakes a day then its almost 10 litres

That's insane. I can understand the 1 litre either side of training, but 3 x 2 litre bottles during an 8 hour day!

I'm still on my 1.5ltr bottle!

im with paul on this after a hard 1 hour 5 a side indoor football game i drank...let me count..6 litres. in the space of about 1hour..no im not joking..but usually ill consume about 10l a day.
