 | best place to buy wrist straps and elbow warmers? Yes, i wonder if yall know a good online store for bodybuilding equipment like wrist straps and elbow warmers, ive had an elbow injury a while back and i want to prevent it from coming back. many thanx :lift: |

  | Re: best place to buy wrist straps and elbow warmers? You can search wrist straps to find other threads and posts that answer your question. To help prevent any more injury, make sure you are warming-up your forearms and wrists before you lift heavy.

I fancy a pair of the CNP pro wrist straps, my wrist has been playing up for weeks; but the description worrys me!: CNP PRO-WRIST STRAPS Cotton Lifting straps for further enhancing grip. Most peoples grip, especially on rowing/pulling exercises, gives way before they have reached failure on a particular exercise. To overcome this problem all the top athletes use lifting straps. |
