thanks for all the help, iv learnt so much while iv been here, iv learnt about a good healthy diet and what are the best training routines. Thanks for all the help lads ;)

Diet:

Breakfast
  • 3 BSN nitrix - when first wake
  • BSN cellmass-when first wake
  • Whey - 30 mins later
  • 3 Weetabix - 10 mins later
Snack
  • banana
Lunch
  • Cheese
  • 3 nitrix
  • egg on brown roll.
Snack
  • orange
  • whey
(if training)
  • No-Xplode
Dinner/tea
  • veg
  • Some sort of meat (chicken/fish)
Snack
  • Whey
Stats
  • 18 years old
  • 5ft10
  • 12 stone
Aim is to build muscle and to be big and ripped but not like comp people thats way too far for me ;)

Ive changed your diet just a slight and up'd the protein. Ive also added some good fats in there. You were lacking alot of Fibre aswell. Get at least 8 hours sleep a night and split your training routine.
