Mr Chef Gym Addict Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 157	IFBB Comps ? Does any one know if there are any IFBB comps around the Essex / London area in May. A friend of a friend wants to come over from czech to compete after he has finished his comps over there which are the end of April. Many thanks
