this is the date that the documentary i was involved in will be on tv, but i dont know the name of it.

bernie coopers young daughter, who began training, said that i was her inspiration to train lol

and so the production team ended up in scotland at my house and then a couple of hours at the gym.

the documentary is covering junior bodybuilders from other parts of britain also.

its the biggest compliment anyone can get i suppose,and a bit embarrassing too. cos know matter how good or bad you are at something, you always dont think you are good enough and worthy of anyone wanting to be just like you.

well i felt like that anyway. it was a bit of a shock to hear that bernies daughter had taken an interest in the sport after speaking to me one day at a show. felt totally surreal.

suppose it also gets a bit of exposure for the sport too.

DATE CHANGE ...............

now this documentary will be on monday 2nd april same time and same channel.

called "babyfaced bodybuilders"

it should be fun and when filming i was very conscious of the fact that im a broad scot and was careful to form words correctly cos once i saw a strongman comp with forbes cowan and it had sub titles underneath when he spoke ha ha

Chappelle is in some of my classes at school & I went to her dads (bernies) gym today.

If I decide to join which im pretty sure that I am, chappelle & another lad from my school will be my training parteners

Disnt know that it had had a date change though as her mum was telling me about it & said that is was on the 4th April. I will have to watch it.

i got email from the production company saying that there was a date change to 2nd. i will phone bernie to make sure he knows as i dont think they are on the net yet.

Will do lol...Was training abs with her & another man today.

Bernie was normally does the session but his friend from Birmingham had come up specially so he trained with him & the other people from the gym were tensing in front of the mirrors & he was telling them them what they needed to work on for the show thats coming soon.
