Burning quad!
Trained legs yesterday and a really weird thing happened, after about the 8th rep on lunges I could start rto feel my left quad burning, not lactic acid I mean proper burning!! It felt like carpet burn but in the muscle?

I know what lactic acid feels like in the quads it wasn't that 100%! But it's strange, was worried my quad was gona rip away from the insertion point or something thanks to chems horror story! WHAT COULD IT HAVE BEEN!!
