![]() | Started my 5 am training today Got up this morning at 5, had a strong cofee and myprotien whey and oats shake, then headed for my garage, never trained this early before, did chest today, started off slow but by the end was getting a good pump, was really feeling it in my shoulders tho, they are slighty bruised from front squats yesterday so hoping its just that, unless its just a case of my body getting used to training so early. Did incline db press 5 x8 , flat db press 5 x 8, flyes 4 x 10 , hammer press 4 x 10. felt alittle sick but im sure i'll get used to it. Shoulders tomorrow!!!! :lift:

Your joints aren't in the mood for it, even though you may be. Make sure you do a good warm up inc a little cardio, stretching and warm up reps otherwise you can make a mess of yourself. You need to get blood circulating around the joints.
