Right I aint sure if i have hit a platue but I am really struggling to move up a weight for the last 2 monts i been on the same weight..but its like this i been ill a week then to tired then started again then i was too busy them ill again then got into it then to tired ...and its just one thing after another...I really need help on what to do to evade tiredness. I have trouble sleeping maybe 3-4 hrs a night...But have you any tips on how to get the weight up a kilo? Is there any techniques i can do do get that extra strength? |

If your not sleeping your not gonna grow, why are you not sleeping, stress? work? medical problems? Address the sleeping problem before you try to increase your strength levels |

You are overtraining a stressed body, the result will be a catabolic state, weakeneed immune system more stress and less muscle. Stop training other than light weights and core stability, light cardio and give your body the rest and diet it needs. Supplement well with vitamins and anti oxidants 2 of each per day. Weight training is significant stress on the body and shoud be performed only when you are in good condition imho. SD
