If your not sleeping your not gonna grow, why are you not sleeping, stress? work? medical problems?
Address the sleeping problem before you try to increase your strength levels

Totally agree.

Considering the breakdown of events you have recently suffered, are you suprised your weight is not going up?

You can't expect to lift more when you have been ill, busy with work, been ill again...it's not possible.

Re: What do u guys do when this happens?

You are overtraining a stressed body, the result will be a catabolic state, weakeneed immune system more stress and less muscle.

Stop training other than light weights and core stability, light cardio and give your body the rest and diet it needs. Supplement well with vitamins and anti oxidants 2 of each per day.

Weight training is significant stress on the body and shoud be performed only when you are in good condition imho.

Re: What do u guys do when this happens?

That sounds like overtraining to me. Symptoms of overtraining include tiredness and lack of sleep. My advice is to take a week off training.

Re: What do u guys do when this happens?

take some time off and back off the weight and load back up again when you come back...

also - eat some more food - a little bit more will help tons with recovery
