Bulk Powders Question - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Just a quick question to those of you that know...

Does their whey come with a measuring spoon? if not which one should i buy?

Yer mate my whey comes with a measuring spoon, I get my stuff through www.cheapuksupplements.co.uk and Dynamatized is the brand of Whey Protein, all there products come with measuring spoons.

Decent stuff I have found too, plus i also use there weight gainer!

Bulkpowders do not come with a measure.

You need to buy it seperate, they have different sizes available and the decriptoins of the products usually tell you which scoops give x amount of the product.

The scoops are only like 50p or something like that.

Yeah, for some reason I keep all the scoops I use.

I got like a tonne of the 75g extreme ones in a draw - Must chuck em out really

Wonder if they buy em back... ;)

Do bulkpowders do a bulking powder, like promass or similar...I see you can buy maltodroxin which i know alot of mass gainers use as carb source...is this the same sort of thing?

similar dude...

if u wanna bulking shake u can make awesome ones from there.. i use

30g whey
30g casien
40g oat powder
40g waxy maize starch

about 50 g protien 65 g carbs

job done imo

some shops charge 5p for bags now.... five british pennies, my benefits dont cover charges like this, i already spend £1 on my 100 tins of beans for the month
