tv show body spectacular
Did any one see this show when it aired at discovery last year?

and does anyone know how to get hold of it?

As a refresher, it was the show about a few wanna be bodybuilders who was chosen to undergo training to get into competition shape

I watched all of them, they played on discovery health taking people from various regions around the uk and training them up/ dieting them down for competition, made for very interesting watching!

yeah I saw some of them too but I kept forgetting what time it started and was turning over just as most of them finished! What a bummer.

I hope they replay them again soon. The panel was made up of some well known pro's and the info they gave out was very good. Worth getting your hands on it if you can.
