Training Partner Wanted

Hey all,

Looking for a training partner in Cheshire, ideally Winsford / Northwich / Middlewich area for training in the evenings, or Warrington for training during the day.

I'm prepared to move Gyms if needs be, but I need someone who takes it seriously for motivation purposes, to push me harder and further. I can't afford a personal trainer, so that rules that idea out.

Anyone out there looking for a training buddy for 2007? Private Message me!

Here's a bit about me

Age:30
Weight:16.5 stone
Body fat: 17%
Height: 5'9"

Workout 3-4 times a week + rugby training, usually about 45minutes - 1 hour per session. Looking to gain more muscle mass and get Body fat down to 12-13% by September.

Cheers,

Re: Training Partner Wanted

hey mate,

do u go to a body buiulding gym mate?
if not, join 1 if u can, as there are normally alot of people who are alot more serious. and willing to help people out.

even if u train on your own ppl will probably help u train,
i find it harder to ask for a spot from a skinny dude in david lloyd! then some1 at a bodybuilding gym lol

i guess ppl at commercial gyms are alot more unapproachable

Re: Training Partner Wanted

That's a good thought... but here in rural cheshire it's almost all david lloyd, total fitness type crap.

If anyone knows any good BB gyms here in the winsford / northwich area please pipe up!

Cheers,
