The Portsmouth comp
Hi guys, werent sure where to post this and didnt wanna hi-jack toms thread so made this one (hopefully in right place)

Im hopefully going to the comp on the 1st but need a lil help lol..
Firstly can anyone recommend any cheapish B&B's near-by, i rung a couple of hotels on the list in the link but most of em say i gotta be 18+:(

This one is a lil cheeky but could people that are going PM me their number for incase i get lost or cant find where the comp is as im coming down on my 125 motorbike, and will only have like 6/7 days riding experience! The trip is gonna take me around 2 hours as i gotta use the
'A' roads

I know this is a lil cheeky but would be much appreciated as it will be my first comp

dude portmouth will only take u about an hour matey nip through croydon and come onto the a3 which will take u all the way to portsmouth... piece of wee wee

lots of us are goign down mate give lil luke a shout as he will prob be the best to get a number off as he lives in portsmouth and will help u find it better than the rest imo..


tom is it always a sell out like the stars? do we need tickets?

Yeah, me and clare will be there

We are staying in southsea and going out on the town the night before

DB - You can buy tickets on the door, £10 i think, although there was mention of giving them away free this year as Tom is on stage - they thought it might put people off coming if they had to pay to see him.

DB ill have a look at that route, is it best for me to just keep aiming for towns til i hit portsmouth?
ill PM luke later..
Also is it adviseable to get a hotel room there for the 31st then on the 1st and ride back on the 2nd?

Yeah, thats what we do mate, we book our pimp pad in southsea for the saturday, stay there saturday night then go to the show sunday.

Show goes on to about 10pm, and then its a 2 hour drive back to oxford or about 90 minutes if i boot my pimp-mobile, so back home by midnight.

I may be interested in coming down for this one as its not too far, and the end of the a3 is a nice ride near portsmouth, so may have to come down on the bike, as long as the weather is sweet!
