Skin Care
im not a mincer or out, but im starting to age a little bit i think? and my skin seems to be getting dryer and dryer, flakes some times. the thing is, when i start useing soaps and stuff, i seem to come out in spots, so most the time i just scrub my face with hot water. was wondering if any of u lot use any skin care cream for your face, to make it look smooth and not rough, to put a bit color back in my face etc? any ideas lads/lasses? cheers

I am gifted in the old skin department, but I do sometimes use Body Shop coconut oil. It is raved about and my girlfriend uses this, aswell as Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream or something, and her skin is flawless.

Exfoliate with a gentle cleanser and exfoliation pad to unplog the pores to keep the spots away.
You can use a oatmeal or clay masque to get rid of impurities.

Aveda has a great moisturizer that does not clog the pores nor feels heavy that I use each night.
I'll do coconut oil twice a month.

I have very good skin for my age I was told by a cosmotologist.

Drink lots of water and stay hydrated and make sure you get 800IU minimum of Vitamin E and 1500mg of vitamin C with 5000IU of vitamin A.

Too much on the face without proper cleansing will clog up the pores.

Cocoa butter is good too. I like the oil because I don't feel smothered on the face.

I love cocoa butter for the rest of the body including hands and feet.

What brand do you use DB?

Yes, should be able to. The Body Shop sell it in all different flavours. Get one the chicks in there to 'assist' you..lmao..they're all usually hot...with terrible skin!! lol

Yes, that's the stuff. I love it Palmers! Great stuff.

For the hands and feet : It's wonderful to put in on then wear gloves and socks respectively overnight. Hands and feet are so soft and supple the next day.

A good clay or oatmeal masque will pull out the blackheads.

Exfoliation each day will help as well.
