Re: what does everyone do for a living and does it effect your training?
Project manager, mon to fri 8.30 to 4.30. Eat what I want, when I want ( but stick to 10.30 / 1.00 & 3.50 ). I train late in the day as have small children and evenings are very busy. Train any nights I like 8pm to 9pm, 7 days a week. The hours of work are ideal for my training and family life shame about the pay...

Re: what does everyone do for a living and does it effect your training?
Project manager by day 8.30 - 5 typically but can be more. can eat when i want unless meetings. Stress levels can be high though. Have my own shisha lounge on a night, work 3 nights 7.30-11ish. Fit gym in straight after work and beforr shisha. Not the best for bb with all the smoking and long days, but still a damn sight easier than most have it.

Re: what does everyone do for a living and does it effect your training?
Car Hire Broker, moneys ideal
Shifts are ridiculous, no set pattern, can start early as 7, late as 11pm. between 8-10 hour shifts.
Hence why i have 2 gym memberships, my local and also a pure gym 24/7 gym membership which is next to work.

Re: what does everyone do for a living and does it effect your training?
I do security at a posh town hall, it's brilliant for eating and rest - shifts are weird but I either get up early and train at 8 or 9am (on lates) or I train at 3pm on earlies. Perfect
****ed up martial arts training though as its hard to make it to normal class times.

Re: what does everyone do for a living and does it effect your training?
I'm a engine builder for a research and development company, the hours mean I have to train at the busiest time of the day.. But the regular breaks help be get the food in,

Re: what does everyone do for a living and does it effect your training?
I'm a full time mum to 3 kids (1,3 & 7), so I'm on the go non-stop from 6am till after they've gone to bed, then I sit down to do my part-time admin job from home! The good thing is, eating every 2-3 hours isn't an issue and somehow, I still manage to fit in 4 sessions a week at the gym so it's all good
