Question Where's the introductions forum
Hey, I just joined and the header says to post something in the introductions forum. I can't find that forum. Anyone help me?

Hi
I'm Gui and I'm 58 (yes you heard right) today. I've been going to a local gym for the last couple of months and I'm really enjoying it and can see new muscles where I kind of went to seed before. I saw this group and had a good look around it and it seems like there's so cool guys her. And here I am! So I'm all fired up and want to see if a guy of 58can still develop a hard muscular body. So if any of you guys have any good workouts for a beginner of my age, I'll be grateful.

Looking forward to a long and happy time here.

Hi folks. I too found it difficult to post an introduction thingy. Just followed the FAQ page. Anyway, here I am, hopefully. Suppose I'll know if my pic shows up on this post/thread type thang!

Another newbie in the house lol. Back on the wagon after a 5yr lay-off (bloody women)

Got some hard work to do as 20% fat at the moment, but hey bring it on!

Hey don't knock us women - we're in the same boat. 20 yrs later and children I don't even know how much body fat I've got. But I AM getting my life back now. Still don't know how to get to the introduction forum. But Hi any way, hope it's going well
