I've been going to a local gym for the last couple of months and I'm really enjoying it and can see new muscles where I kind of went to seed before. I saw this group and had a good look around it and it seems like there's so cool guys her. And here I am! So I'm all fired up and want to see if a guy of 58can still develop a hard muscular body. So if any of you guys have any good workouts for a beginner of my age, I'll be grateful. Looking forward to a long and happy time here. Regards to all Gui |
