STRECH MARKS

i have heard if you are bulkimg up you should use coconut oil or something to prevent strech marks any truth in this?
And if you do have them wich unfortunatley i do cause of excess weight can you reduce them or get rid of them.
It may seem like kinda girly question or somthing but ive seen guys in my gym with them on arms and chest just thought i would ask you guys

cheers dave

Re: STRECH MARKS

you cannot get rid of stretch marks although bio oil and vit E cream does make them less visable

Just reinforcing what Paul said. Bio oil is top stuff.. Coco butter is great aswell, you can buy roll on sticks of this.

Re: STRECH MARKS

Yes it is a girly question , if you have them because you have grown too fast for your skin then you should be happy, I love my stretch marks, and I am always pleased to get new ones

I understand you may want to rid yourself of old ones from excess weight, but dont worry about new ones on arms etc, they are all good.

Re: STRECH MARKS

My ex wife used evening primrose when she was pregnant, worked for her.

Other oils may work too, but as PSCARB says.......check his post

I have horrendous stretchies on my biceps and cant get rid, i have had them since iwas 14, i am now 38 and i will never get rid, i can only make them less visible.

Hope this helps/

Frank
