Job recommendations?
Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could recommend some jobs, which are flexible hours, not bad pay for a 16, just turning 17 year old.

As its coming up to christmas and i want to drive etc, i need the cash, but i want to get the maximum i can and not sure whats really best for that.

i was thinking about supermarket work, theres a waitrose near me and apparently they are pretty good.

but i need to get good flexibility as im doing AS evels and am at 6th form.

Cheers on any advice.

a few of my freinds did shelf staking like late at night on weekdays so thay could just kick back all day.

Id go with a supermarket - they usually have best pay for youngsters jobs....Tesco pay bout 6 buk an hour with time and a half on sun, 10% discount off everything and free shares!.....and you can **** about!...Or you could do nightshift and get another 2.50 and hout but uve gotta work for it!...Just dont work for morrisons - theyre dks!

Can you swim? Pay 'bout 150 quid, get your NPLQ, and become a lifeguard. You can work casual shifts and for a decent wage (at your age). Also, if the pool's ot a gym you'll get free/discounted entry. Where possible, try and get work for a Council-run leisure centre - they're obligated to pay a lot more than the private ones

another one of my freinds does this shes only 18 and really enjoys it and she gets use of the gym for free i think

Yeah I think I'll take a supermarket job, plus its closer to my house than my gyms or any pools, plus I think sitting by a pool or day would bore me soulless lol.
