![]() | blood shock eyes anyone else suffer from this? i've tried eye drops before and it doesnt seem to work. been to doctors before and was comfirmed its not infected. been like this since i started a very clean high protein diet and heavy training 2 years ago. I'm sure it has something to do with diet and training but what other factors can this be? |

| Looking Freaky | are they sensative? like wen its windy do they start to water? i had same problems becos my eyes are sensitive and easily trigger itchy/watery eyes just by havin a bit of wind blowin my way - over came this with opticrome eye drops, still if the fan is directly in my face it will trigger it off but apart from that im ok. other factors affecting this is lack of sleep, dust, pet allergies, u smoke weed? (lol have to rule it out) :p |

![]() | BIG-UNC- thats a good suggestion mate. going to get my blood pressure checked just to be on the safe side. invisiblekid- I know what you mean mate. the amount of pressure i feel in my head when i deadlift is crazy. Mate of mine who did judo use to work himself up that much before a comp he would get nose bloods :lol LondonGeezer- My eyes do get watery when its windy so it could be sensative eyes and lack of sleep so could be the main cause.:( cheers lads:beer1: p.s will work on my spelling the_gre8t_1ne as long as you can spell your name right.:tongue10: |
