  | more pics.. ok, my pics, i am on my third cycle and am two weeks into the 10 week cycle... I have been a bit lazy, and it seems the best way would be to post my pics here and then i must post the after shots :( he he, never even posted pics on sites b4 so go easy lads !!!:p .. 5' 8" 14 stone ~15% bf

| thanks, the bf machine may be lying about the body fat, but i dont really think it matters about %'s , you either have abs showing or not  ,how old ? 30 years young !!! ha ha been lifting for just over 2.5 years, i had been a 12.5 stone beer guzzling machine (and a very good one !!) for 8 years, as far as bench press, it has been my most hated upper body excerise for a long time, i have a really hard time getting my weight up, so have to keep rethinking what i am doing, although i do prefer dumbell press instead of barbell. my favorite lifts are for back , deadlift or wide grip row. i smile on back day and cry on leg day..

| Are you natural? I only asked about the bench press because of your front delts being so large. I could tell by your back that you were strong there. I could also tell by your taper that the back comes natural as well. Again you look really good.
