good condition mate. I dont think you're anywhere near 15% bf. You look more like 8-9. The electric bodyfat measurers work fine for 'average non-bodybuilding people' but throw greater than average muscle size into the mix and it screws up the calculation that the reading is based on. Try calipers, they give a much more accurate reading - so long as you know how to use 'em right!
