I could put up with it if the rest of me was expanding at the same rate, but I'm still built like a rake, just with a bit more fat in the middle. No matter how sensibly, & how much, I eat & how I train, my lifts seem to increase ever so fcuking slowly (my bench is a staggeringly bad 75kg, squat 110 & SLDL 150). The average teenager lifts more than me (I'm 27, by the way). If ever there was a case to be made for gear usage, I'm it. I'm giving myself until next year when I should have sh!t in my personal life sorted out, trying to sleep more, eat more etc., & will then throw in the towel & invest in some cattle hormones, or something. |
