Unfortunately British Casinos are lame!

We often go to the Hard Rock Casino, this is a major casino in the heart of Londons West End, this is a major as it gets and......... it has only two two Roulette tables:o + you have to pay for your own drinks!

Having been to Vegas twice I have to say you guys know how to do things properly!

China is meant to be awesome for gambling - it's a culture that believes in Luck and Numbers - go figure

I work in a bookies, and i see 1st hand the addictiveness of the machines. More so than gambling on horses etc. People just poor money into them. At least with horses etc its not fixed so that you will lose in the long run (even though every body does). You can not make profit on the machines!!!

Well my brother has pretty much been hooked on gambling ever since he could roll a pair of dice. And mostly he does the fruit machines. Fcku knows how much he has blown over nigh on a 20 year period. some of it mine that he nicked off me and my family and god knows else.
One of my first memories is when me and my family were at some kind of theme park or something and my brother got lost. We were searching everywhere and my parents were doing their nuts. Only he wasn't lost, he had sneaked off to the arcade machines and was putiing his spending money in the machines. He must of been about 7 and he still does it now.
Although he did come across a scam a bit ago and made about 4 grand by some fault on the machines. Only about another 50+ grand and he might break even

I just paid all my bills and I am dreading losing my killer job.
I know I will have to resort to working my ass off to just make ends meat.

yeah they are all over the place here, bookies, bingo halls, pubs and clubs, even whole arcades devoted to fruitys are set up.

No thanks needed big man, i mean it you are a top bloke and you help people on this board (and i'm guessing in real life) every day. I bet you have worked your ass of before and yeah you will prob have to do it again - but I get the impression that you are not scared of hard work, so i know you'll be fine.

Chin up, they are not problems yet, but they maybe so dont let things get on top of you and keep focused and you WILL find a way!

Im smiling today.
I have been killing them on overtime.
I just had the biggest paycheck in the 28 years I have been with this company.
If I keep it up I will be swimming in money.
I just have to keep focused and not spend.
I was a bit depressed yesterday so I went out to a bar and had some drinks. After that I went and picked up some beer and ballanced my checkbook.
That huge check helped alot.
I am going to try and be debt free by 2008.
My plan is to have my house paid off and all my bills gone.
This will enable survivability for me when I do lose my job (If I do).

They will decide today the fate of my company and give an anouncement tomorrow.
Fingers crossed.
