Not entirely true. Me and a few mates were gambling in a pub last summer and the landlord came running over screaming his head off that he could lose his Pub license because it's illegal to gamble in public houses without permission from some authority!

Think you can only gamble within private places of residence. Obviously you can in the likes of casinos, licensed betting shops, horse racing, dog racing etc etc.

You cannot gamble anywhere, unless you have a license, thats why fruit machines anywhere need to display a license next to the machines.

Just like every fookin thing in this country you cant do it until you pay tax on it then its ok.......this country is run by mugs

know what you mean miss munster, this gambling is a real horrible habit and hard to break. i hope i will be off them in a few weeks.

He is right you can only gamble in pubs by way of awp's (amusements with prizes i think) and you need a gaming licence for it.

Mick the easiest thing to do is just stay away from the bloody things, you always end up worse off unless you know what your doing with them, theres one fooker who kindly drops all three of mine every week regular as clockwork. its not you is it (jk)

if it was me would i be complaining?? What pub you run? if its city centre i might come in sometime and buy you a few

I must have been hiding under a rock, I never would have suspected you guys have gaming machines in your pubs.
I am glad they dont have those here as I would probably be in the same condition as mick.

I would be blowing money on drinks then blowing money on gambling.
