![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | WTF got banned off commenting on videos! I seen gym babe liz on youtube right, so i had a look at the dumbell pressing and i commented, ok have a look http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2seC...umbell%20press now i got comments caling me names coz i told the truth - everyone else sees the dumbells are too heavy for her here, just wondered what you all think here on this movement? My comments are from ironmick on the bottom of the video, now hes blocked me from commenting on any videos he has put up - and i dont believe it! WTF is wrong with people... LOL i do think its funny the names hes come out with LOL ![]() seriously though, i would of told her to lighten up there. theres others of liz on here what are much better like rocky situps and a show video as well, they are good and worth a watch so check it out ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | First off, you have a right to your opinion without getting insulted. Now, she might be pumping out the last set after 5 sets of DB presses of good form, going down past her nipples and then back up to the top. Maybe that's her 'finishing' set where she deliberately doesn't use full range, but concentrates on building her stabiliser muscles. Who knows. I do know she's an excellent bodybuilder, I met Liz a few years back, her forearms are biiiiiig. And she can bench 70Kg for reps... :lift: KS |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I would say they were to heavy for her as she was a bit rocky and the range wasnt that good and after all they were assisted from rep 1. But like she says - every now and again it feels good to have a go at some weights that are a bit heavier than your norm. I get butterflys when i go for a weight heavier than usual - no better feeling than pushing yourself imo. I doubt she trains like that all the time - besides she prob got more of clue than alot of us lol. Dunno Mick - I think its your charming personality - cause Ive never known anyone get banned so much from so many places as you or offend people as easy - I mean getting banned from commenting on videos on utube - not sure if thats funny or just plain sad. Plus its easy to critise other peoples training techniques without putting our own out there before the critics - Is your training 100% perfect, Do you never choose a weight you fail at to soon? Just a thought. |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | I like partial reps, they are good tbh, they concentrate fully on the muscle being trained and dont bring other muscle groups into play. Also if you do partials its almost like one continuous rep if you think about it because you dont lock out and you dont take any pressure off the muscle being trained. I know of a few top BB'ers who dont use a full range of motion. Everyone has the right to there opinion of course but Liz is very experianced and Pete who she is traing with has also competed so they know what works for them. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think she put that video up there because of the weight she was pushing (or got helped with). I see guys in my gym all the time doing half reps on bench and always getting me or someone else to spot them. This irritates me when I have to spot a guy using too much weight doing half reps. Anyone can post a video, I have seen some stupid stuff on Utube. I could hit myself in the head several times with a hammer and get my video on there. I bet some would say something stupid too....... ![]() |

We are all entitled to our own opinions and I don't think what you said was particularly offensive. However, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. There's constructive criticism and there's destructive criticism. Your comment certainly was the former! I mean "lol gymbabeliz on youtube LOL" wtf is this sentence about???? "I wont neg rep u. U have internet touretts syndrome, and i suppose u can't help it." | |
