woo woo woo.

Man, what a great evening. Yeap Mr Llewellin (SUPERCELL) won the short ar5e class (i mean Mr Short Class) and then won the overall. He was in a league of his own. The pics in his journal do not do him justice and I could not believe his muscle mass and superb conditioning.

Tatyana looked great and was in a really tough group (Miss Perfect) and finished in fourth place. Hope you're not too downhearted hun.

On a downside I did not meet up with the other UK-M guys. DB pm'd me his number but I tapped into my mobile wrong. Tried calling him and an elderly answered, i was like wtf? Im sure I saw Raikey on the other side of the hall towards the end. When I looked over again himself and about 6 or 7 others were leaving, so didnt even have a chat at the end of the show. Never mind im sure there'll be other times. Might go to the Gravesend tomorrow so who knows. Raikey was that you in the beige tee-shirt, blue jeans and blonde partner with you??

Anyway, time for bed.

It was a great day, myself DB, Lisa, V, Railey, Mr's Raikey, TT and TT's mate all sat together. We got some food before hand from Nando's (seems a pattern is emerging there) apart from TT and his bud, as he had a little problem with the Tom Tom........:love:

Tatyana also turned up from nowhere in Nandos which was funny, we all turned round and she was just there like some mad stalker! PMSL

The show was great, it was not very busy which we were surprised at, dont know why maybe colchester is always that quiet? Some of the categories were really under populated, and some of the conditioning was very poor - (not knocking the guys for trying tho). The guest spots were good tho, the Latvian guy Vitaljs was great and done a very entertaining routine, also the fitness girl Helen put on a great show. Also in the over 40's Steve who won was awesome, huge guy really nice to chat to too, and his missus came a close second in her class too.

Mr James L aka Supercell was by far the best on the day, condition was defo the best and the mass on him I briefly spoke to James with Baz before he went on stage, and a soon as we saw him we were like 'Its his"

There were others who had the conditioning but no one else had both the proportionate mass and condition which James had.

As you can see, and as Jamie advised earlier, there were quite a few under-populated classes. Perhaps everyone is competing in the Gravesend at this very moment in time! Nevertheless, some great talent on show. Besides the overall winners, very impressed with 1st timer Mark Harrington, Lazo Freeman and Ed Weyer.

P.S. Anyone see that black guy in the crowd (he was in Ed Weyers little camp) wearing a white sleeveless tee-shirt? This guy had the biggest arms i've ever seen in my entire life, must have been 26/7 inches PLUS and like rock!
