The British version of Flex is totally unrealistic and with no articles of any consequence, but good reports on IFBB events in the states and good shots of the pro's. Musclemag falls somewhere in between MD and flex in my opinion, better articles than Flex but not quite as hardcore as MD. M+F is great for anyone wanting to overtrain themselves to death. The Beef is good for UK show reports and CNP ads and marketing. Can anyone remember Muscle Media 2000? It was the business. |
