![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Couple of questions about Creatine 1) I'm cutting, and will likely continue for a few months - am I wasting my money starting it before bulking? 2) If not, what are the best buys? Thanks in advance, KS |

![]() | I've never used creatine whilst cutting before but I don't see why not, apart from maybe the added water retention (I never noticed any) Have you tried CEE (creatine ethyl ester) in tablet form, as it tastes rank as a powder... most say this is the better option over mono... |

It does not put any excess flab weight on your body. Maybe a couple of pounds from the volumization of the cells but that won't affect your cutting in the long run. If you are a red meat eater, the affects may not be as noticable as in a vegetarian or fish eater, but nevertheless taking Creatine will help recovery and allow your muscles not to fatique as quickly during your work-out. Take it before and after a work-out. Here's a good general article on Creatine FAQ for Creatine |

Vitamin E and muscle fatique A nutritionist before her time told me to take Vitamin E for muscle healing and endurance. Seems the science of biochemistry is proving her correct. |
