Been slack for over a week.

I got a bet on USA to win the cup at 80-1 and i got Australia to win at 125-1, these werent silly bets i do think these teams have a good chance at the win.

I didnt watch the match - to busy training.

I actually cant stand watching football - not my up of tea.

Gonna get slated for this no doubt, but I cant wait till the wolrd cups finished. And the sooner the better.

My reason:

Worked sat night - and Ive never seen so much trouble kick off, and this was with england winning!
Bit off a selfish attitude - but it makes my job alot harder with the world cup.

Yeah, it will be a **** night when England get knocked out in Newcastle centre. The amount of drunks shouting was unbelievable, even shouting at women who had kids in prams walking past in the afternoon. It got silly i walked away.

Yeh mate totally agree - there will be riots.

Alot of idiots get out of hand with the football frenzy going on - I witnessed alot of unessesary sh1t happen on saturday. Especailly out of order when it effects innocent people especailly women and children - no one should have to put up with these people. Just makes you want to stamp all over them.

I'm another one that hates football, I can't even bring myself to show any interest for the sake of patriotism, like I can for every other sporting event.

I have a very very low regard for footballers.

Me too, but also for patriotism as a concept.

The success or failure of 12 guys running around on grass in their shorts, chasing a leather sphere has nothing to do with me. I didn't train them, fund them or work in any of the clubs that forwarded them, so it's got nothing to do with me. So they were born in the same country as me...and? Sixty million other people were also born here, do I take credit for their achievements? Fvck no!!

Nationalism is mass delusion.
