Hey guy's, thaught id let you know befor replying to threads that I'm back from my holiday to Portugal, and that I missed youy all!:love:

Ill post some pics when i get them, so you can all see how pink i became! My training and diet kinda went down hill while I was there, only trained a handfull of times, i lost quite abit of BF tho which is sweet but also a lil muscle mass, but its cool, as i start my nex cycle in a week

Its a good 3 hr drive but if you wanna come! You can buy some interesting posing pouch's for your next comp in soho

(well i used to be before the shaving fiasco, now i feel like i,m sat on a pan scrubber for most of the day,!!....how long does it take for ar$e hair to grow back??)

where did you stay big fella?

Brisa sol in Albefuria(sp) for me, damn that **** was hot, was looking forward to a bit of glum when i got home (being northern) but fook me its as hot here!

I stayed in Cavero, but we got a car and drove round to different towns as that one was so small and filled with old folks! lol, albefuera was nice but I preffered portamao as it had more local's there and a burger ranch resteraunt which tasted luvly!!
