Hi Guys
Its been a while since i have been on here due to work comitments and more so lack of web access.
Anyway i just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to those who dont know me and let you know a bit about myself and what i have been upto.
I have just recently competed in Wales at the WPF show of which i won the Novice and U85kg classes, and on Friday this week im flying out to Italy to do the Europe, so fingers crossed with that, before anybody asks yes i will get some pics on here eventually when i can.
Also for any guys from or near Swindon, i have recently taken on Peak Physique gym with Paul Baxendale, whom im sure a few of you will know, so i have up to my eye balls in Chicken and Brocholli and Work. So if anyone is ever in the area please pop in as we would love to see some new faces in there.
Anyway im going to go back to counting down the days and hours till i can eat some Pizza and ice cream, its been a gruelling year of dieting, but if it was easy everyone would do it right!!

Cheers guys, i appreciate any support, i will def post some pics of the show on here afterwards, will keep you posted on my progress, just starting to dry out now, and hopefully will begin carbing up tonight, im still a bit heavy, so got to be careful as i dont want to fly over there and not make the weigh in.
