![]() | Hello Just thought I'd quickly introduce myself as I'm new to the site. I'm 26, been training a few years now, I'm currently at 14st 10lbs at 5'10" and around 20% bf. I'm going on a bulk very shortly as I'm soon to be starting my first cycle of sust/deca for 8 weeks, looking forward to it as it should prove interseting if nothing else !! |

| Sexy Moderator | Hello mate. Whats your goals? 20% Body Fat in my oppinion is to high to be thinking about doing a bulking cycle. You should think about cutting down to say 12% - 15% before starting a cycle. Although you will gain, you will see better results, if you strip away some body fat first. Unless your a strongman / powerlifter, then ignore me ;) Paul |

I am the natty (natural) ranter, so I will say, post up your diet and training routine first before you go on a course. And pics too. x x x T OH YAH, you haven't mentioned your PCT for after your cycle. What is it? Please have it before you start. |

'Muscle building courses' - Now that's what I'm talking about. Get your diet clean and lots of good quality protein and carbohydrates. Couple this with a good ingestion of fats and proper training i.e. NOT ego lifting cos you're on gear. The result = maybe not the stone gain that your looking for but quite possibly 3-4 pounds of real muscle which will look like a stone. Muscle looks bigger when there's low bodyfat so keep your diet clean on your course and you'll get better results guaranteed. ![]()

![]() | Firstly, sorry for the delay in replying... DB... I know what you are saying with regards the weight class in reference to powerlifting, but at this stage if I give it a go and get into it, then I won't be looking to be competative for some time anyway. Tatyana... I'm glad to hear this is a place where anabolic use is used (not by everyone of course !!) with a great deal of responsibility, to be honest I've been putting it off for a while as I wanted to make sure everything was in place before I started. With reference to my PCT, I've been advised by a good friend to not use Clomid (which was my original plan) in place of Nolva and HCG, which is now on its way. Trust me I'm leaving no stone unturned in making sure this is done right !! Tinytom... Again I agree with what you are saying. It gets a bit tiresome when researching into steroids, when all you read is "I gained 20lbs in only 8 weeks, this stack is the ultimate" etc etc I would be more than happy to gain only a few pounds of 'lean' quality mass and then hopefully keep hold of most of it by carrying out good PCT's. My diet will be as clean as I can make it... |
