| Sexy Moderator | Planned Carb Cycle Diet + Shopping List Hello Gang Ok, had a couple of hours spare this afternoon, so with the help of a few of the mods, I have put together the routine that myself and clare are going to be following for the next 6 weeks leading upto our holidays, and if we like it, will probabbly carry it on. Its based on carb cycling with 4 low / 1 medium and 1 high day. It is designed for maximum fat loss, while still gaining muscle and preserving muscle mass. There are three word documents attached to this post Paul: Showing my routine Clare: Showing Clares routine Shopping List: Showing the bear minimums needed each week. I`ll make this a sticky and post our progress here. Also, feel free to use the attached documents and edit them to fit your own routines. Mods: If you feel there are any drastic changes needed to any of these documents, please let me know and I will change them. Oh, and if you find this usefull, please rep me, not had any for a while and im slipping behind ;) |

![]() | I like that gym routine Paul, I think Ill do that except do abs twice a week. Okay, Im planning to do cardio 5 times a week, monday to friday. First week Mon weds fri - am cardio tues thurs - hiit (treadmill) the next week Mon weds fri - hiit tues thurs - am cardio and then repeat. What else can you recommend changing for the cottage cheese please, I hate it and also what could I swap for the 8 eggs? Is it possible to show you my basic plan? Its all properly set out with times and stuff so its easy to understand. Adding more veg into the routine isnt going to up the cals too much either as I do like my veg! One other thing, can this plan be used for either a natural and a person on a cycle using a cal restricted diet? If not, no worries, youve posted the carbcycling routine for us anyway. Also I think you will have more success with some vegetables in there instead of the cottage cheese. more fiber and lower GI. |

| Classic Bodybuilder :) | Paul mate I hope you are getting your meat from freshmeat2u cause they have a wicked sale on at the mo and it'll save you a bit on the bill ! What is the target for you and the missus? Do you expect the loss to get smaller as the weeks go on? Good luck with it! ![]()

Paul, 1 lb a week should be sweet - I think you may do more so any more than a lb is a bonus - its always good to set targets low and then get pleasing results. Lets see some pics when after the 6 weeks - not of you, of the missus ![]()
