DB were ya getting ya eggs from for so cheap? i get mine from tesco the value range.. i thinkits 18 for about 1.40 or smt.

Mine cost $2.00 for 12 (dozen). I get mine from a guy at work that has chickens and he lets them run around in his yard.
I have to say the yolk are very orange and they taste rich. Most of them are brown but some are green.
I try and get down 4 eggs a day, I also give one raw egg a day to my dog and she has a really nice coat.

Personally I think no.

I dont train abs saturday and sunday, and I feel this is plenty of time for them to recover.

Once I start thickening up more in the abs, i will do them 3 times a week.

like your thinkin i'm doing them EOD at the mo and it seems to be workin although i really need some mass on the abs the BF is low enough just needs more mass!

doin calves EOD day aswell they are responding really good

Plates on your chest when you sit up / crunch

Plates strapped to your feet for leg raises, etc.

Carful with the weighted obliques tho mate, will thicken you up to much!

Exactly what I do, 3 sets weighted sit ups on ball

3 sets weighted leg raises

3 sets of obliques EOD

Mind you I have very low BF and so I never have to worry about that just adding mass.

Love abs tho, every girl loves a flat belly
